Mount /persist with no_sehash_xattr option This fixes an issue where the contexts of /persist (and its files) wouldn't get updated which causes problems as the contexts have changed between Android 9 and 10. And while we're at it, remove the duplicate mount in init.qcom.rc, we're already mounting with fstab.qcom. Issue: FP2A10-150 Change-Id: Id8852be08c71d1440f0d59f6d8c226e73316523e
