Remove redundant files around fp2.mk fp2.mk was never included in the build. The files it refers to (via COPY) are not included elsewhere; however, their content seems to be included elsewhere as far as relevant. Product packages added by this file are all included in either the fp2-common device config or GMS vendor config. Drop all these files to make the device config less confusing.
