Run charger service as root again Otherwise the notification led controlled by our libhealthd won't work, and logs also only appear in the kernel log when the service runs as root. Issue: FP2A10-183 Change-Id: I8d1d0e0fc2b810e4c27823d33022b9d5017bd7a9
