apn: Drop mtu value for Free (France)
MCC: 208
MNC: 15
Value "600" is the maximum MMS size as per requirement. But this is not
the same as the MTU here; here we would be setting MTU for data
connections instead.
Drop the wrong value and let MTU be configured from the network or via
Android defaults instead.
