Initial changes for Sensor Bringup [2/2]
* Add sensor HIDL implementation and service.
* Add sensor config file and permission files.
* Add auto bringhtness overlay configs.
* The following sensors are included for now:
* Accelerometer
* Compass
* Gyroscope
* Light
* Proximity
* Stepcounter
* Stepdetector
* Barometer is removed as there is no hardware support.
