overlay: Show status bar vibrate icon by default Previous Android versions would show a status bar icon when the phone is on vibrate, but on Android 13 the icon is disabled by default. Set the default value for STATUS_BAR_SHOW_VIBRATE_ICON to 1 to keep the behavior consistent with previous Android versions.
