apn: Update T-Mobile NL MCC: 204 MNC: 16, 20 * Take FP4 as baseline * Drop MMS APN from FP3 config -- not supported anymore on the network. * Add IMS config -- not officially supported on FP3, but accessible as opt-in for users.
