overlay-operators: SFR doesn't support CFNRy NoReplyTimer As per request: When CFNRy is activated, the device sends a second PUT request to modify the NoReplyTimer. This value is not supported by SFR network. Remove the second PUT request which ask to modify the ReplyTimer. Issue: FP3-A11#452 Change-Id: I930aa563ea7aa6b4f0b63f02ae9f28eec5974c8f
