Clean up discard_max_bytes call This is handled by AOSP init.rc already, see system/core/rootdir/init.rc. Also, the sysfs path here is outdated and doesn't exist anymore. Issue: FP3-A13#114 Change-Id: I75c0b8d241ecde26e16aab4dc99f232d36047b51
