Initial changes for Board Bringup [1/2] Includes the following features: * Compile * Boot * Audio * Most of the configurations and flags are taken from msm8953_64 project of CAF but cleaned, sorted and aligned. * Audio firmware files are from Android 10 sources. * Audio configuration xml is from Audio HAL project.
