Add a basic IME to gsi_$arch products
LatinIME is added to provide a basic input method.

Test: $ lunch gsi_arm64-userdebug; m
# Flash the resulted system.img to a Pixel w/ AVB disabled.
# Make sure a URL can be typed into the browser address bar.
