hwc2: HostComposer: fall back cursor composition type to device In validateDisplay, when cursor layers exist, fallback to device composition for this layer instead of fallback all layers to client composition. Test: run the emulator Change-Id: If3056e9e97690da63283df3a4c14d24c7dff60d2
