Support HWC 2.3
add Extended Display ID (EDID) info for physical display simualation, in
addition to other hwc 2.3 required functions. EDID version 1.3 is used,
with google PNP ID (GGL), and displays are named as EMU_display_0,
EMU_display_1, etc.

Test: adb shell dumpsys SurfaceFlinger --display-id
adb logcat -s DisplayIdentification
