Add uncalibrated accelerometer and fix uncalibrated gyro

Implement basic uncalibrated accelerometer and re-enable the
uncalibrated gyro. Using the same values as the uncalibrated sensor but
with added minimal error that satisfies the conditions in the sensor
tests (CTS).
