Add support for Wifi-Direct CTS and VTS now require support for Wifi-Direct (also known as p2p wifi). Add the required xml file to indicate support, fix the wpa_supplicant configuration to deal with p2p correectly, and make sure the proper directories are created for the p2p configuration.
