Fix "missing libpuresoftkeymasterdevice.so" issue on boot of cuttlefish. Removes "BOARD_VNDK_VERSION := current" from board config, defining this without the TREBLE_LINKER_NAMESPACES feature requires updating library path definitions that are not currently properly setup.
