Improved error message on WaitForInterrupt on the host. One of the most likely causes for such failures is waiting for interrupts on the same region from multiple threads/processes, so added a suggestion to check for that. Test: none Change-Id: I0923e8d29f8fe2b50f405e2ebde259faf516c11b
