Drop metadata dependency from VSoCService. This change removes all METADATA dependency from VSoCService. Additionally, it DISABLES TombstoneChecker - because we no longer have the counterpart producing a /ts_snap.txt file, so checker no longer works. Change-Id: I758e30d6053a3cdcb32591e81db9e5f3e44c6b73
