Don't expose the hwcomposer vsync thread function in a header The function is called only from the vsync thread, which is created from a single file in the common static lib, so it doesn't need to be in a header. Bug: 135628605 Test: build Change-Id: I1fd7e212c91d9c863e72dbaf04c83654ce50b3cf
