Adding snapcam app in camera privapp list.
Issue: AIDE2 is vendor enhanced feature which needs special
resolutions for full and downscaled YUV streams. Those
resolutions are not populated in static capabilities. So
these are overriden by roundBufferDimensionNearest
call.
Fix: Adding snapcam in privapplist to avoid overriding of YUV
streams resolution in roundBufferDimensionNearest call to
configure YUV streams with AIDE2 expected resolutions.
