Change contexts of /persist to persist_file We have used persist_file in previous Android versions and changing them in /persist is a bit problematic as restorecon doesn't properly apply the correct permissions in many cases. Issue: FP2A10-150 Change-Id: If3489c29fdb84494245f1d5a813fc5d7bf95bb11
