Allow drmserver graphics_device access.
Addresses the following denial:
type=1400 audit(0.0:4): avc: denied { read write } for comm="Binder_2" name="card0" dev="tmpfs" ino=310 scontext=u:r:drmserver:s0 tcontext=u:object_r:gpu_device:s0 tclass=chr_file permissive=0
