Revert "Update the APN settings of Telfort (NL)" This reverts commit f8bc2fc9ec8de7a0bee16d88b4ae5b22750a5d4e. The Telfort APN settings were updated simultaneously with KPN's, but the latter introduced issues with KPN MVNO's.
