Fix sdcard mount flag for goldfish device DO NOT MERGE Add the "noemulatedsd" flag to fstab.goldfish so that an app can be moved to sdcard (if the app allows). (cherry picked from commit 53640b54b09d2ded47e134c52a044cd720d2c9ee) Change-Id: I8301c11f37d5b3d31fae4bd68186d509195d460c
