flounder: make aosp_flounder a t132 device aosp_flounder is now a t132 device. aosp_flounder64 is currently exactly the same, but it will soon become a multilib 64-bit build. The kernel currently reports hardware flounder64 for t132 flounder devices, so the init files are copied to both init.flounder.rc and init.flounder64.rc.
