audio: fixed channel count determination from channel mask Do not use popcount() to derive channel count from channel mask. Also fix bug in computing channel count when resampling stereo. Bug: 15000850. Change-Id: I4457de1ddbb5ebfea2818afa06f89014a767e9e6
