Fix permissions for /firmware partition /firmware partition holds sub-system images. Mount this as 'system' user (uid/gid: 1000) and make the default permissions as read only. This is mainly being done to allow 'system' apps to load tzapps images that exist in this partition. Change-Id: Ica75e9aa509435bc86ee334629c05349c0b08da5
