mako: wifi: Update NV file to disable DFS channels
disable DFS channels for non-default regulatory domains
This change is to reduce scan time for wifi location purposes.
Each DFS channel needs 110 msec and that can increase scan time
significantly. DFS channels are kept enabled for N_AMER_EXC_FCC
as this is default "no country" domain code, where we have to
scan 12-13 and 5G channels passively.
