overlay: config: add some dummy values so that brightness can be tested. This is just a copy the values from some other device and some tweaks for the lunchbox sensor which doesn't respond to light that well in its current mounting. The new values allow shining a bright light at the sensor and noticing changes. Bug: 6679461 Change-Id: If50c6e7d8a9c8625e3947dae4e0a00cee991e546
