Add library to monitor the tablet orientation Add a library based on accelerometer sensor to monitor if the tablet is level via simple API. This is needed to select the appropriate voice processing mode when on table top. Bug 7328122. Change-Id: Ibb8860ecc444e21f87f1c8f2b1159861ddd706e2
