overlay: config: raise brightness in the middle, way lower in pitch black Raise the middle section by ~30-40 lux. Now, the lowest control point is 2 (1 doesn't work: flickering) which gives 4-6 lux on output. Put the screenBrightnessDim back to 10 now that the DisplayPowerController takes "current brightness value" into account when dimming.
