msm: kgsl: Enable the iommu halt feature for certain IOMMU versions Enable the IOMMU halt feature for non v0 IOMMU versions instead of depending on the feature being enabled in the IOMMU device tree. This is because on certain chipsets this feature is not set in the device tree even if the IOMMU h/w supports it.
