V4L/DVB (13264): gspca_mr97310a: Change vstart for CIF sensor type 1 cams gspca_mr97310a: Change vstart for CIF sensor type 1 cams This fixes the distortion at the end of the frame, and avoids the bad frame dropping done because of this distortion, trippling the framerate!
