FP2-1641: Booting is too slow Optimize the time of linux kernel booting 1. remove unnecessary dtb 2. add fairphone-perf_defconfig file for user mode 3. remove unused drivers(etm etc.), disable serial debug in user mode. Change-Id: I1f7ec50d2262731b22577980201ce4438dee1d04
