[ARM] Use unsigned long not u32 in atomic_cmpxchg Since atomic.h does not include types.h, u32 may not be defined. Since atomics are supposed to work on unsigned long quantities, use unsigned long instead. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
