msm: copper: Add regulator supplies for USB OTG devices Add the equivalent Device Tree regulator consumer configuration currently used by the stub-regulator devices. Use the same supply names that are currently expected MSM USB OTG driver. This will enable the regulator APIs to be used once the qpnp-regulator driver is added with no necessary changes to the MSM USB OTG driver.
