Revert "msm: board-copper: Add regulator defs for USB peripheral mode"

This reverts commit d3b6425d403e5f1b6d88a003f86defa885fcd073.

The equivalent devices are now part of the Device Tree
configuration, so remove the redundant configuration in the
board file.
