TOMOYO: Fix unused kernel config option.

CONFIG_SECURITY_TOMOYO_MAX_{ACCEPT_ENTRY,AUDIT_LOG} introduced by commit
0e4ae0e0 "TOMOYO: Make several options configurable." were by error not used.
