Revert "cfg80211: add support for 802.11r Fast BSS Transition"
This reverts commit 62a475e344bd5d1d1fe1be5e95f28cd249f88f51.
This commit does not define all the NL attributes between
NL80211_ATTR_BG_SCAN_PERIOD and NL80211_ATTR_MDID , which
are part of opensource.Thus , any commit picked from open source
w.r.t the attributes definedafter NL80211_ATTR_BG_SCAN_PERIOD shall
result in to the merge conflicts .Revert this gerrit to avoid
such merge conflicts.
The consequence of reverting this gerrit shall affect the 11R
functionality.
