[PATCH] rock: remove SETUP_ROCK_RIDGE

- Remove the SETUP_ROCK_RIDGE macro.

- In rock_ridge_symlink_readpage(), rename raw_inode to raw_de.  It points
  at a directory entry, not an inode.
