msm: rpm: Enable RPM SWFI correctly on startup and sysfs Enable RPM SWFI on startup with Apps active set instead of sleep set. When setting the value via sysfs, send the request immediately instead of waiting for Apps sleep. Signed-off-by: Eugene Seah <eseah@codeaurora.org>
