usb: rmnet_sdio: Handle SDIO MUX add/removal events sdio mux channel can be removed/added anytime during an active data call. When sdio mux channel is removed, free all buffers and indicate data call disconnection to usb host(laptop). SDIO channel can be removed during modem sub-system restart.
