msm: restart: don't set INT_EN bit when enabling watchdog Setting the INT_EN bit means that the watchdog will start ticking as soon as an IRQ or an FIQ comes in. There is no need for this, so don't set it. Signed-off-by: Jeff Ohlstein <johlstei@codeaurora.org>
