msm: acpuclock: Add support for AHB clock DIV2 7x27(5)a/aa supports AHB DIV2 settings in the clock selection register and for these chips the acpu to ahb ratio is fixed at 1:8. Signed-off-by: Trilok Soni <tsoni@codeaurora.org>
