msm: pil-q6v5-lpass: Error ready handling of lpass via SMP2P
Use the subsystem framework to use the error ready
interrupt during subsystem boot up. Do this my making use
of the SMP2P framework to get the SMP2P IRQ for error ready
and then include it in the subsystem descriptor during
registration with the subsystem framework.
