USB: msm_otg: Don't set IDHVINT bit in peripheral only mode Currently ID is not routed to PHY due to which spurious async interrupt is getting triggered after putting PHY into retention if IDHVINT bit is set. Fix this by not setting IDHVINT bit and configuring the async IRQ for EDGE triggered.
