hwmon: qpnp-adc: add battery thermistor mapping table for msm8610 qrd skuaa

Since the new values of parameters including Rs1=17.8K,
Rs2=6.1K, Tcold=-5DegC and Thot=55DegC are used for
msm8610 qrd skuaa, we add a new table accordingly.
