FP2-1500:Revert "FPII-1480:TP wakeup issue for P3C" HW have agree to keep 1.8V(VDDI) on as SW no time to clear the issue caused by off. so we need revert TP code. and focus on sw stable now. This reverts commit cd1198db898473b8728a2d832ec908cd51d0103c. Change-Id: Ie4faaf1d23f6c2537c3831713fc122ba074c64f9
