Raise cam_vana to 3V for OV12870 camera module
The production version will feature a different voltage regulator than
the prototype so we have to adapt the analogue supply voltage to
compensate for this change. The raised voltage is still in spec for
the prototypes.
If the new camera module (ov12870) is detected raise the output of the
pm8941 to 3.0 V. If the old camera module is detected the analogue
supply voltage should remain 2.85V.
