Revert "msm: board-8960: Support PMIC USB OTG switch over current protection" This reverts commit 87579619b82b69e7ec1dfc1bbb80f65b530ff50f. Restore the regulator supply chain for USB to the natural hardware order now that it has been determined that OCP cannot be enabled for the USB OTG MVS.
